You can make a pre-booking for our tours provided that you receive confirmation by phone and e-mail. You must deposit the deposit fee within the specified period. "With the deposit of your deposit, the Final Reservation is received.


The contract price is ......................... in TL / Foreign Currency including VAT in cash.

3.1 This price includes all services specified in the tour or hotel reservation document (Voucher). Hotel check-in and check-out dates, durations, transportation details, pension status are as stated in the Voucher/Tour registration document. Tours and services other than these are subject to extra charges. Taxes, duties, fees and similar public payments that must be collected from tourists according to the legislation of the countries to be visited and price changes arising from exchange rates are reflected to the consumer. This situation is immediately notified to the consumer.

3.2 The consumer is obliged to complete the tour payments until 10 days before the tour departure date for domestic tours.

3.3 Price change only; provided that the participant is notified in writing or with a permanent data storage device at least 20 days before the anticipated departure date, provided that the price change does not exceed 10% of the contract price, provided that the price change is due to extraordinary changes in the exchange rate

3.4) It is possible if the price change is caused by extraordinary changes in fuel costs.


4.1 At the time of registration, 35% of the balance is paid as the reservation fee. The remainder must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. If the payments are not made within the aforementioned periods, the reservation made will be canceled and invoiced to the consumer as a withdrawal compensation according to the tour cancellation conditions.

4.2 The consumer who purchases a Special Product/Promotional service is obliged to pay the full service fee on the date of reservation.

4.3 For Special Product and Early Booking discounted services, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the start of the service. For credit card payments, interest, maturity difference, exchange rate difference will be calculated separately and the payment plan will be notified to the consumer.

4.4 Duration of the Tour: As stated in the tour program and brochure (person, accommodation and tour details).


5.1 The consumer participating in the tour has the right to take and bring two suitcases, provided that they are no larger than 50cm X 70cm in all kinds of trips, and 20 kg. luggage for flights. Money, valuable documents and similar valuable trinkets should not be kept in the luggage. The Agency cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or lost baggage and valuables inside.

5.2 Items that smell, leak, have flammable or explosive properties or cause discomfort to their surroundings, as well as cutting, piercing and firearms and all kinds of animals are not allowed in the vehicles and facilities to be accommodated without the Agency's separate and express written permission.

5.3 The agency is responsible for any loss, damage and theft of the goods received by declaring them in writing together with their value, up to the transportation cost of the trip.


The guide fee is included in the tour price for tours with a guide.


Participants are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the tour for their health and fitness conditions. You can request all kinds of written and verbal information from Likya Nature Travel. Participants who have any health problems are obliged to consult their doctors for approval before registering for the tour and to inform us of this situation before registration. According to the type of discomfort, the right to accept or not to accept the participant to the tour belongs to the agency.

7.1 In this contract, the CONSUMER is provided with all necessary information about the tour program and details on the website and in the form of a brochure or pdf. The person who is a party on behalf of the participants and represents them is obliged to provide the necessary information to other participants. Otherwise, all responsibility lies with him/her.

7.2 Child discounts, Unless special conditions are specified in domestic tours, 70% discount is applied for 0-6 years old and 40% discount is applied for 06-12 years old.

The agency is an intermediary between all collaborators, hotels, vehicles and restaurants. The agency does its best to provide the best service. The Agency cannot be held responsible for all kinds of malfunctions, delays, weather conditions, etc. that develop against the will of the Agency.

7.3 Customers participating in the trips of the AGENCY can purchase travel assurance systems such as optional personal accident insurance, travel insurance for death and permanent disability that may arise from accidents that may occur during the trip through the AGENCY, they can also have insurance themselves. The CONSUMER agrees in advance that they will not have any claims outside the scope of the insurance purchased from the AGENCY.

7.4 The Agency is not responsible for the loss of the consumer's valuables, identity card, passport, etc. and the expenses arising therefrom.

7.5 If the consumer leaves the tour he/she has started on the grounds that the service is defective, he/she must notify the agency official in writing with the reasons for leaving the tour. Otherwise, the consumer is deemed to have abandoned the tour and is deemed to have received and used the service.

7.6 It is the duty of care of the bona fide consumer to notify the authorized person in writing during the performance of the service. The fact that the consumer uses the service to the end even though he/she has a complaint eliminates his/her rights to compensation such as substitute service and refund of the price related to the issues he/she complains about.

7.7 The consumer(s) who do not have a signature in the contract but participate in the trip subject to the contract, and the consumer(s) they have assigned to register on their behalf are deemed to have read and accepted and committed to this contract. Despite this, in the event that the consumer (s) participating in the trip on the grounds that they do not have their signature in the contract against the agency and the lawsuits and proceedings related to the trip they have participated in, and if the agency has to pay a price or compensation to the consumer other than those written in this contract, the agency's right of recourse for the excess amount paid to the consumer (s) who signed the contract is reserved. The consumer(s) participating in this trip have learned the terms of this contract, which will be valid between the parties even if they have not signed it, due to the catalog, website and advertisements, and have undertaken to participate in the trip under the terms of this contract.

7.8 If there is a conflict between the copy of the contract remaining with the consumer and the copy remaining with the agency, the records of the copy remaining with the agency shall prevail. The consumer, guide, facility, agency and transportation vehicle authorities will comply with the rules announced by the purchased service; It accepts that it will respect the life, property and peace of third parties, otherwise it will not receive the service for justified reasons and has no right of return.

7.9 From the matters not written in this contract, 1618SY.4077SY., 2634SY., IATA, IHA, UFTAA convention provisions, Civil Aviation Law, BK., TTK., international conventions in which Turkey is included and the statutes, regulations, circulars and communiqués issued in accordance with them and the provisions of the internationally accepted Frankfurter Tabelle's TÜRSAB Kütahya chart, which is applied in Turkey, will be applied.


8-1 In cases of force majeure as stipulated in the laws, situations that arise due to extraordinary and unforeseeable events despite taking all necessary precautions and that prevent the start, continuation or termination of the package tour, the agency does not have any influence on the event that occurs. These situations;

8-2 All kinds of natural disasters: flood, rain, storm, wind, fire, pandemic closure, natural and volcanic events.

8-3 In cases where force majeure exists, the AGENCY cannot be held responsible for damages arising from the failure to perform the contract at all or as required. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for places that are closed or cannot be visited due to the ban. In case of a shortage in the program, the AGENCY provides the services that can be provided under the current conditions.


Pursuant to Article 12 of the 1618 sy law; if the package tour service is purchased, the cases of incomplete or no package tour (defective service, agency bankruptcy) are covered by insurance. The coverage is up to the package tour price.

9.1 Compulsory Travel Insurance of 15 € for international tours and 100 TL for domestic tours is provided to consumers in package tours by us as included in the package tour price.

9.2 In services other than Package Tours, if the Consumer wishes, during the registration for the tour; In case of accident and illness, the costs of returning to the point of departure and all kinds of accidental damages and treatment costs can be insured.


10.1 The agency may cancel or postpone the trip due to the failure of the final registration of the required number of passengers and / or adverse weather conditions, road blockage, strike, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues and all force majeure that prevent the start or continuation of the trip despite all due diligence. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.


When the consumer cancels the tour up to 60 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded to him. The refund is returned to the consumer within 14 days from the date of cancellation (tax, card commission, account deductions are deducted).


If the tour is cancel until 61 days before the start of the tour ,FULL REFUND

If the tour is cancelled until 60-31 days before the start of the tour, 50 % of the tour price REFUND

if the tour is cancelled İN LAST 30 DAYS –NO REFUND.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the FULL amount of the tour price is invoiced to the CONSUMER.

10.3 The consumer can transfer the tour to anyone he/she wants until exactly 7 days before the start of the service. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all expenses arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The Consumer is obliged to submit all Cancellation/Transfer requests in writing to the Agency before the start of the service.

10.4 In the event that the consumer does not notify in writing that he/she will participate in the service that he/she missed the start of the service; the Agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.

10.5 When the Agency deems necessary, it may partially or completely cancel the tours it has announced or registered before the start of the service, provided that it notifies the Consumer. During the same period or during the service, the Agency may change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, the means of transportation and their departure points, the order of visit of the places specified in the program and shown as places to visit. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, he/she has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the unconsumed service fees. In this case, cancellation conditions apply.

10.6 For cancellations 15 days or more in advance for scheduled flights, the penalties and deductions applied by the airline in accordance with the ticket rules are reflected to the consumer. For scheduled and charter flights, no excuse is valid for cancellations 15 days and later, and there is no aircraft refund.

10.7 Compulsory travel insurance, health insurance fee is 15€ (equivalent TL) in accordance with the law numbered 1618. The cost of compulsory travel insurance is 15 TL for domestic services. In all cancellations and / or changes made by the consumer, even if there are cancellations and date changes more than 30 days before the start of the service, this fee is charged from each consumer.

This contract consists of 6 pages. I have read and understood the contract on behalf of all persons named in the tour registration form (Voucher) and have accepted and accepted a copy of the contract and the tour brochure.
